So, you want to be on the website committee?

Welcome to Cyberspace — a whole new dimension of possibilities for the independent business person and entrepreneur. Let’s explore this virtual world together, beginning with our first “informal” committee meeting. By using this method of “meeting,” it’s my hope that we will all become more familiar with blogging and learning how to use this site.

If you’re like me, you have very few time slots in which to fit extra meetings. This venue lets us go online at our convenience and participate in a dialog. Let’s try it out to see how it works for us.

To create a post (this article is a post), or comment to someone else’s post, you need to be logged in. If you haven’t registered, you need to register before you can log in. Registration is a one-time process.

  • The first thing I’d like the committee to do, is form a mission statement to tell us what we’re supposed to do
  • Next we should use and “analyze” the site and discuss the need for changes and additions

Let’s start with those two things. To discuss you can either create a new post, or comment on this one.

  1. Hello all,
I can meet after the Friday meeting, August 29th if any of you are available to meet to discuss our needs.
    See you Friday.
    Linda

  2. I think it might be hard to get us all together…we should try a webinar.

  3. Hello Nancy,
What a fantastic job on this website!! Way to go! I believe this website to be a terrific referral and marketing tool for all members. For example, if a member has a referral simply click on the members email link and send it off. Also, the blogging “arena” is a great way to share information. I’m excited about! Thanks, Erin
